First and foremost we are a community-based landlord. We work with customers across the North West to create thriving neighbourhoods, filled with opportunity and purpose.
We invest in those neighbourhoods by building new homes – we plan to build 1,600 new homes over the next 5 years. In Manchester alone, the opportunities are great; the devolution means we can help shape the region’s future and play a part in the health agenda.
House prices and private rents in the North West have soared, and many are unable to afford their own home. Working alongside our partners we will build a range of multi-tenure homes, help people into work, get people on-line and seek out life enhancing opportunities.
We will work with our partners across Greater Manchester and beyond to get better outcomes for our customers, for example through employment and educational opportunities.
