Originally from the South Shore, I spent a lot of my time growing up in the local theatre both on the stage and behind the scenes. I graduated from Liverpool Regional High School in 2021, and from there moved to the HRM to begin the Radio Television Journalism Program.During my time in the RTJ program I have been involved with many different Industry aspects, having done video work for the Nova Scotia Stick Curling Association as well as various Live stream events for Saint Mary's University sports. In December of 2022 I was a part of the volunteer tech crew for the Everest Senior Curling Tournament, where we broadcast live to Curling Canada and TSN.Since Graduating from the RTJ program I have began to build a name for myself, doing some occasional work as a Freelance videographer and editor, as well as currently working as a summer intern for Communications Nova Scotia. I am familiar with a wide variety of cameras from DSLRs to Cinema, Whether it's Canon, Sony, BlackMagic, or anything you throw my way. When editing I am familiar with such programs as Premiere, Final Cut, Avid, and Davinci. Learning these tools is a joy to me, and when faced with something new I always love the chance to learn more. With a passion for work with video and editing, there's nothing that makes me happier than a camera in my hands, and a fantastic final product.
