As a dedicated sophmore at Appalachian State University currently seeking an International Business and Economics BSBA and is open to finance and accounting internships. I am currently working with my internships for Virtas Partners accounting firm in Chicago. Here I help with accounts payable specifically detailed expense reports in order to ensure my co-workers and our billable accountants receive their money. I have experience posting expense reports to billing, working with international accountants, and analyzing reports for errors. While I do work remotely I truly enjoy working one-on-one with their payroll specialist on a weekly basis for my skills in Excel, Bills.com, Harvest, and Quickbooks. I am currently applied to Women on Wall Street Investment Banking and Corporate Banking weekend internship for Wells Fargo for 2024. I am also applied to summer 2025 internships for Investment Banking under Wells Fargo.I have a basic proficiency in Mandarin and am at an intermediate level for Spanish. I intend to seek international business affairs as my career goes on. I have started this journey at a local level through my National Association for Business Economic club where we use community outreach to analyze the economic impact on various subjects to cities in North Carolina like Boone, Charlotte, or Raleigh. Above all, I have developed a passion for working in the finance industry with my experiences so far. I look forward to the opportunities that may arise as my career continues.
