Currently having loads of fun brewing some great Lagers from our shiny brewery in Devon. Our range of lagers all use only 100% British grown ingredients to showcase the UK's great growers and maltsters. Our core range now consists of our signature Premium Lager, available filtered or unfiltered, our Czech inspired Pils and Ten Degrees session lager and our Vienna Keller amber lager. We also brew a wide range of seasonals and specials often to showcase some classic but lesser known lager styles.The brewer was funded by friends and family and a very supportive set of shareholders who invested in our overfunded Crowdcube raise in 2018. We continue to expand our brewing capacity and on increasing our sustainability credentials. This year we will install our own bio waste water treatment plant and 80Kwof solar panels. Increasingly available on draught and in can in pubs bars and bottle shops across the UK and our onw webshop. With a passion to be as sustainable as possible we have planned the infrastructure to be able to brew over 2.5m pints annually once up to full capacity and we have ambitious plans to grow our business.Whilst we only intend to brew lager in our own range our brewery is capable of brewing any style of beer so very happy to talk to other breweries about collaborations or contract brewing.With an extensive background in sales, hospitality sector and a degree in Chemistry (from a long time ago !)
