I am a technician and a communicator. I was involved in environmental studies until 1998 when I started dealing with project communication, a novel way for telling complex projects to non-specialistic stakeholders and to involve them. Since then I’ve been working on the dissemination of research projects and on stakeholder engagement in carrying out public works. Communication professionals can rarely explore complex projects successfully, on the other hand, technicians have difficulty in communicating them.My double "passport" allows the Project Communication approach: a bridge between the technical world and laymen’s understanding and sentiment. By leveraging the technical contents in a more perceivable key outstanding communication results are achieved. I also support technical staffs to reach a first-actor role in the relationship with non-technical stakeholders.This approach is greatly useful in stakeholder engagement, in business and project management, in R&D, in dissemination and exploitation of projects, and creative settlement of conflicts.
