They say that "to share is to care" and here I try to share my career learnings with the corporate communications' master students. It's exciting to interact with bright, talented people who help keep me uptaded with new visions and trends.

I lead brand communications in two exciting therapeutic areas: Cardiovascular and Neuroscience. In short, this means a 360º vision: driving brand reputation, enhancing media relationship, fostering digital innovation, coordinating thought leadership efforts and managing issues. All that with one main goal: to create deep, sustainable impact on key stakeholders.

I enjoy leading the SEAT Content Factory, a storytelling hub that delivers multistakeholder content with one exciting mission: to bring SEAT's narrative to life across external and internal channels. I also design communications plans that enhance the company's reputation and raise brand awareness. I love to foster digital innovation through transmedia storytelling and new formats. And last but not least, so proud to have been involved in winning 3 DIRCOM awards for content on diversity, digital events and multimedia strategies.

New industry, new challenges...but the same passion! At Grifols I fostered the the corporate messaging and narrative definition with one clear goal: to align internal and external voice globally. I directed the corporate channels, both offline and digital, and coordinated the media requests. I enjoyed improving the relationship with the business areas to jointly build comprehensive communications strategies. If I have to choose one challenging but rewarding project, I would pick up the launch of the new company website, leading a cross-functional task force and increasing visits by 35%.

Media relationship, issues management, content strategies, digital media, measurement....you name it! During my incredibly exciting time at SEAT I had the opportunity to develop my career in critical communication areas. I started managing the media relations with global TV stations, increasing media value by 150% in just one year. Then I led the International Communications area, coordinating 75 markets to ensure brand and corporate consistency. I also fostered the new communications metrics system and led the launch of the new media site, raising visitors by 40%. I enjoyed working together with the Marketing colleagues to maximize the digital channels' engagement. But above all I am particulary proud of having designed and implemented the SEAT Content Factory, a ground-breaking content hub to improve brand awareness and protect the company's reputation.

My first corporate communications job was at this social institution that brings together 3,000 charities in Barcelona. I learned so much here combining a strategic approach and a practical execution. I started by defining the institution positioning and the communications strategy. I also managed the media relations, increasing media value by 110% and raising awareness on key social topics. Curating the digital channels was also one my responsabilities. My biggest challenge? To redefine and execute an internal communications strategy to strenghten the sense of community within a highly diverse organization.
