• Managed DAK Argentina´s Petrochemical Re-sales Business Unit (Revenue $10+ M USD); achieved historical record in 2015 for sales volume and net profit, exceeding Profit Objective by ~25% and ~17% respectively.• Negotiated with Brazilian counterparts to acquire a Polyester complex in Brazil ($385 M USD); currently under Brazilian antitrust approval.• Led sustainability efforts in partnership with the Argentinean Government.• Orchestrated a diversification strategy team aimed at increasing PET recycling.• Managed a multi sectorial team to develop, defend, and settle a complex insurance claim of $5.9 M USD.• Created talent pool program focused on developing high potential young professionals for DAK Argentina; team of 4 talents.

• Obtained invitation to join DAK Argentina´s leadership team (team of 6); reporting directly to DAK Argentina´s CEO.• Negotiated purchase price and contract to purchase a PET recycling company in Argentina (Apr´14); led post-merger integration team (including antitrust approval) and integration into DAK culture.• Developed tailored financial hedging mechanisms; yielding $1M+ USD/yr in additional value to DAK Group.

• Led negotiations with Russian partners to develop a sophisticated Business Plan for joint construction and operation of a petrochemical complex in Eastern Europe, an investment of $1.4+ B USD.• Managed a 9-member technical and legal team to prepare an antitrust business case presented to the FTC; US government approved 3rd North American PET company acquisition in <6 months, avoiding an expensive 2nd request. • Devised and executed an international, inter-company procurement consolidation strategy that avoided a previously unrecognized financial liability; yielding $3M+ USD in savings to ALPEK Group. • Negotiated legal amendments and new contracts in a recent jointly-owned site; translated into $1+ M USD savings due to new pricing strategy, recognition of unidentified charges, and identification of synergies.• Overhauled supply chain model, improving materials cost structure of 7 plants, honoring complex contract conditions, and optimizing sourcing; model is still used and employs daily-updated information from 3 countries. • Led a 6 member multi-cultural team to complete a holistic assessment of a $30+ M USD polyester recycling business in South America, understanding a complex industry and identifying sources of strategic value; project led to invitation to become youngest member of DAK Argentina´s leadership team, and initiate negotiations to acquire this company.

• Valued largest Petrochemical M&A acquisition in ALFA’s history (~$600 M USD), developing strategic synergies, assessing in-depth cost-competitiveness, and analyzing profit margins across integrated product chain; project led to invitation to become youngest manager across global offices and join the U.S. subsidiary (DAK AMERICAS LLC). • Created a raw material forecast price model to understand and predict complex and hard to quantify petrochemical pricing mechanisms; model is still used today by ALPEK.

* Analyzed quality control data, evaluating key process indicators (KPIs) from production plants across the globe and generated control reports for accurate decision-making. Developed procedures for precise cement density measurements. * Updated Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) manuals.

* Tested new catalyst in prototype to minimize carbon monoxide production for the automotive industry, and measured different parameters. * Generated analysis to explain and interpret parameter behavior in prototype testing. * Programmed macros in excel to automate data analysis.
