Translate executive vision into technical requirements and subsequent deliverables to provide on time and accurate information to decision makers by increasing transparency into how IT efforts are performing and aligning with the business, as well as cultivating consistency across IT to enable more predictable results, driving greater efficiency. Provide timely and transparent access to reports and insights to bring better understanding of the Cost, Consumption and Value of IT.- Provide analytical support to spend owners for ongoing financial management including monthly actuals reporting, quarterly forecasts and variance analysis and justifications for operating and capital expenses.- Maintain forward-looking financial plans to support operational priorities.- Function as a key member of financial planning team to facilitate spend planning, adjust to budgets/forecasts and align to shifting business needs.- Prepare drafts of financial management reports and support its presentation to senior management.- Analyze technology costs in terms of business value and identify performance metrics for business intelligence, insights and trends.- Analyze technology costs to identify variances from targets on monthly/quarterly/annual reports.

A set of 10 applications related with the IPG business where migrated from an external contractor to HP-IT. For this matter I worked in Toronto, Canada to receive the applications from the external contractor and continue the support in Mexico within the HP-IT department.
