The nine years working at De Lage Landen were special to me. This company always will be very close to my heart. Today, after some time being outside and looking back to that time I see very clear many good things and experiences that I had the opportunity to live there. I managed many and varies projects in Brazil and some others abroad where I experienced to handle suppliers and stakeholders around the world. Different cultures, perceptions, values and of course, time zones.De Lage Landen is a (very) Dutch company!!! In this sense the capability to negotiate and build (internal and external) alliances is one of their strongest core values. I experienced this when I worked in a commercial unit. At that time, among other things, I implemented strategic partnership programs with national and international vendors to finance their equipment in Brazil. I always remember the continuous striving of the internal teams to provide to those partners the best service as possible. Indeed it was a good time and I am proud to be part of this history!!!

I started to work as a business consultant in 1996 at Fundação Fockink, a local company of management consultancy with a wide range of clients in many industries like leather-footwear; chemical; universities among others. I was responsible for run projects of processes optimization in Planning and Production areas besides to perform gap analysis to prepare companies for ERP implementations.
