Current• Simultaneously manage multiple technical service-related operations projects involving various levels of sophisticated eCommerce capabilities including web analytics, affiliate marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), business intelligence, and customer retention and loyalty.• Direct responsibility for 80 eCommerce sites within a variety of industries (health and beauty aids, clothing, toys/children’s products, and home/cooking products); accountable for end-to-end application development from concept to production. • Provide content knowledge and alternatives for improvements in cart abandonment, search engine optimization (SEO), payment card industry data security (PCI), and social media platform integration. • Oversee 30 on-shore and off-shore engineering and quality assurance teams; ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications and service level agreements (SLA).• Highly proficient in driving Agile software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices to deliver new and enhanced capabilities to clients. • Clarify customer requirements, develop functional and technical design, and present for customer approval.• Design and implement improved processes and operational policies focused on efficiently managing site changes/enhancements/fixes and reducing the cost of support by streamlining build, quality assurance (QA), and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes; improved release management hours for code changes by 20% for medium size projects. • Work with product development and operations teams to improve the performance, stability and overall functionality of the Kibo platform; review and approve all time estimates for new platform developments. • Developed training material and trained solution partners, new employees and customers for co-development program inclusive of Solr enterprise platform and faceted navigation.
