Focused on the US & Canada domestic markets, Central-South America and Caribbean. Achievements during this period include: • Development of new strategic alliances with North America largest retailers. • Executive responsibility on mergers and acquisitions. Development of Joint Venture with strategic US partners and asset acquisitions. • Strategic licensing agreements and asset purchase with market leaders in the retail and industrial channels.. • Development of new North American Division (Legal, HR, Financial, manufacturing, Sales & Marketing) focused on the retail/mass distribution market as well as definition of new strategy and product line for industrial and commercial channels. • Development of strategic alliances with key suppliers around the world

Supervisor and general manager of all Group subsidiaries in the American continent as Regional General Manager.

General Management and control of all Sales and Marketing activities at Corporate/HQ level, including product development and definition. Definition and supervision of annual budgets as well as execution of global sales, marketing and service strategies.

Management at corporate level of all Sales, Marketing and operations related to the Power Engineering Division. Interaction with the different division directors at subsidiary level and factory managers.Design & presentation of Annual Budget and Strategic Planning with emphasis on product and pricing decisions & impact on business performance. Sales and pricing policy definition. Stock management.

Management of existing markets and development of new potential. Creation of new sales channels in Central and South American markets and Middle East. Definition of pricing strategy and development and coordination of new communication tools with all technical departments of the different subsidiaries as well as the factories.
