AC/DC electrical circuits, full-serv. repair on (Appliances/Home Theater & Computers) for RESIDENTIAL / COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL units, Service training, electrical wiring, work-order support. (Promoted to Recon engineer) provided technical/training support to tech’s onsite, installs, schematics, breakdowns, pre-call diagnostics, troubleshooting scheduling new orders, parts look up/orders exchange group (pre-aprvls./process.), full Customer support was a crucial element for this position.

Provide second and third level diagnostics support for the multi-protocol WAN/LAN Environments, encompassing both software applications and hardware infrastructure. Managed equipment vendors, Data/Voice carriers and alarm systems to maintain the highest level of network availability/services.● Knowledge with Cat3, Cat5e and Cat6 and Fiber.
