As a full time faculty member, my responsibilities include teaching fundamental culinary skills to Stratford University Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Students. This includes but not limited to knife skills, kitchen etiquette, product identification, equipment utilization and primary skills to develop our students into competent industry professionals. Responsible for providing instruction in regards to nutrition and menu planning. This course focuses on the implementation of fundamental knowledge and proper understanding of nutritional concepts, with practical applications of menu planning. My secondary role will remain as the Event Specialist. The Event Specialist is responsible for carrying out major assignments required in conducting marketing, enrollment and student support operations for the University, working closely with the Campus Director and Admissions department. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high school counselors, teachers and administrators; scheduling and delivering in-class presentations to high school seniors.. The Event Support Specialist is also expected to work closely with the Campus Director in order to support all campus based admissions/marketing events including identification of facilities and required amenities, products, materials and food planning and delivery. Will attend and participate in program based meetings, as well as working in conjunction with Career Services and Student Support for community outreach and on campus events such as Open Houses, Orientation, Career Fairs, and student ceremonies.

Coordinates the purchases and receiving for the culinary department operation. Works closely with Chef Instructors, to provide premium quality products for the student chefs. Oversees the daily operational aspects of the maintenance; of all directly related equipment. Maintains operational standards in accordance with Fairfax County Health Department and USDA Federal regulations. Maintains standards in accordance with Fairfax County Fire Department. Maintain budgeting and operational costing guidelines in compliance with corporate financial structure.

The High School Marketing Liaison is responsible for meeting intake enrollment goals for new students. The Marketing Liaison is expected to achieve and convert as many productive candidate contacts as possible. The High School Marketing Liaison is responsible for completing appropriate follow-up to assure quarterly and annual enrollment and start rate goals are met. The Marketing Liaison also responsible for conducting such activities in accordance with state and federal accreditation and University policies and regulations, consistent with the highest ethical standards. The High School Marketing Liaison works closely with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing approaches that lead to increased enrollment.

Objective to provide retail support in relation to management support, customer service implementation, sales development and reconstruction of work environment culture.

Directed the installation of $88,000 of landscape material in Columabarium Ct. 8, loacted at Arlington National Cemtery.
