I am a Partner in Burr & Forman’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group where I represent companies and individuals in “business divorces” and disputes involving breach of contract, non-compete agreements, trade secrets and confidential information, fraud, and unfair trade practices. My experience also includes defending clients in employment disputes, high-exposure product liability matters, and financial services litigation.In addition to my litigation practice I serve as outside general counsel to businesses across a range of industries, including health care, hospitality, real estate, construction, logistics, and transportation. In this role, I advise clients on corporate governance, employment matters, risk management issues, and strategic decisions where business and law intersect.
