Brad is a Senior Legal Analyst at Reorg Research Inc..Previously, Brad practiced in the areas of creditors’ rights, financial restructuring and bankruptcy, with significant experience representing both lenders and borrowers in complex workouts, litigation and bankruptcy. In his representation of lenders and financial institutions, Brad has dealt with special assets and distressed loans, including workout agreements, loan modifications, suits on notes and guarantees, foreclosures, garnishments and receiverships, and bankruptcy proceedings (DIP financing, stay relief motions and similar matters). Brad also has significant experience representing corporate debtors in chapter 11 and served as lead restructuring counsel for several large manufacturing companies, including a $100 million textile company, a $100 million rope manufacturer, and a $200 million retail chain of faith-based bookstores. Brad is past Chairman for the Bankruptcy Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, and he is a member of the Georgia State Bar, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th and 4th Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia
