I started my professional IT career in 1987, and in 1997 I discovered the amazing Insurance industry which I haven’t left since. Over these past decades, I’ve developed deep knowledge in whole insurance business process such as sales, underwriting, policy Admin, Claims and regulatory, alongside its related technologies comprised of platforms, software solutions, players, insuretechs and more.By working in the pre-sales and commercial area, I’ve developed strong relationship with insurance companies in Brazil and LATAM, including IT and Operation areas, since managers to executive layers.I sincerely believe, my Sales and technical experience in Technology focused on Insurance Industry, my expertise in Insurance Business process, my networking and my academic background, have prepared me to do every task in this market. Apart from the above, I’ve participated at numerous industry-related events over the years, in Brazil and the USA. Futhermore, I’ve obtained several certifications, such as PEGA Business Architect during my PEGA courses held in Boston.Fluency both written and spoken in English and Portuguese.
