On one side I am supporting other companies to grow (providing Advisory and Consultancy for more mature companies or as Business Angel investing time and money in some passionate projects) On the other I'm founding my ventures in Real State in Lisboa and Cascais.In my more than 17 years of member of management teams and in my last 3 assignments as GM, I always took care in developing business at same time as developing organization i.e. people, delivering top& bottom line targets but also making people grow and being promoted from within.I'm a leader that works with the end in mind, with a strong drive and believing that the "Why", is the biggest engine to make move people and organizations.With a strong self-motivation, I like to think and act outside the box, challenging the status quo and helping creating new possibilities in order to search for the excellence.
