I am passionate about the experience of of introducing mindfulness in the workplace - I mentor, by experience, both corporations and individuals on topics like focus & productivity, mindfulness, work-life integration. I believe awareness to be the foundation for any personal or professional development. On this topic, I am the author of "Mindfulness: più focus, meno stress" (2021)I took two sabbaticals during my career and, on this other topic, I'm the author of the books "Mollo tutto e parto!" and "Out of Office" and creator of the first Italian website on taking a gap-year (www.annosabbatico.it).
