Working in CoE SmartFactory area with focus on RPA automation for one of the largest chocolate and confectionery industries in the world (@Ferrero). As RPA specialist, I manage all activities and coordinate stakeholders involved in RPA automation worldwide.As Team Leader support BTO Research in Business Development and People Management activities.RPA specialist tasks: - Defining RPA guidelines and methodology - Develop and execute Global Automation Portfolio Strategy & Roadmap- Drive the adoption of automation solutions by identifying potential automation opportunities- Project Manager: coordinate and manage all aspects automation delivery. - Lead delivery teams and stakeholders throughout the automation journey.- Projects status monitoring, tracking and reporting- Setup and maintain the RPA infrastructure by acting as the main liaison with IT and ensuring the environment stability (Uipath platform).Team Leader of 6 resources in BTO assigned to projects in other Ferrero departments- Point of reference between team members and BTO management- Yearly performance evaluation, learning plan and career path definition of team members - Support in Business Development activities through the identification of new commercial opportunities - Support in HR hiring activity through candidates technical interviews.

Program and Project managementRPA OrganizationMain Activities performed:• Analysis of the activities currently performed by FCA Services or Sectors jointly with ICT team. • Propose and follow the implementation phase and supporting possible problems solving during Post Go-Live.• Organization of meetings with the other parties involved in the project in order to review and confirm above items• Maintain a “To Do List” to coordinate and monitor all actors involved and all activities performed during the period prior to the "Go-Live"• Preparation of the document for the several engagement meetings and to update the Steering Committee on the project status• Definition of guideline, template and standard procedure in order to define a common and shared governance model and a standard shared method of working.

Activities: - Understanding of the Company Business process management through worldwide applications. - Definition of the IT Risks and related controls. - IT Governance analysis and development under a SOX Compliance optic. - Risk assessment and reporting of the IT General Controls (ITGC) on Applications, DB and OS. - Data analytics and revenues assurance through Journal Entries analysis. - Requirements analysis for software development process.

Activities: - Warehouse's layout and information flows reorganization - Define new packaging standards - Introduction of new bar codes and corresponding detection system integrated with the information system.
