- Schedule CTS technicians and/or Sub-contracted Vendor to be onsite to complete installations/repairs- Schedule technicians for Emergency dispatch to any requested site- Schedule with onsite contacts for installation/repairs- Coordinate Insurance Requirements between CTS and Mall Management or Property Management- Send daily/weekly updates to Hughes as pertains to all scheduled work- Maintain a weekly schedule updated every Wednesday for future work- Coordinate all equipment deliveries between CTS and technicians/sub contractors- Monitor tech log in and log out times to ensure all time frames are being met- Monitor tech progress while onsite to account for any downtime or possible delays in future jobs for that day- Provide 24 hour coverage for any Emergency Situations and maintain a technician database to cover any emergency calls. - Maintain technician/sub contractor inventory database- Perform daily audits of all inventory to check accuracy against CTS database- Handle any discrepancies by checking past work orders to check accuracy or materials entered into CTS database- Coordinate any in field inventory movement between technicians for site coverage- Manage a series of Weekly Conference calls for both Hughes and Discount Tire- Provide Agenda for all calls- Provide Meeting Minutes for all calls- Facilitate all invitations to proper parties for the calls

Must be familiar with all policies and be able to answer employee’s questions pertaining to benefits (including FMLA, Small Necessities Act, time off, etc.)- Create and post job descriptions to fit hiring needs- Review all resumes of potential new hires and select the best fit for the department- Conduct all interviews with potential new hires- Conduct Orientation and train all new hires- Process weekly payment through ADP software- Created and conducted all training materials for company wide training
