Leading the Sustainability Business' support to Schneider Electric's own #ZeroCarbonProject, helping 1000 suppliers to access the training and solutions required to achieve 50% reduction in their Scope 1&2 emissions by 2025. 9% decarbonization of the supplier base achieved in Year 1 of the program, beating year 1 goals. Leveraging the experience gained from supporting our own program, I co-led the development of Schneider Electric Sustainability Business' Supply Chain Decarbonization offer, co-ordinating global teams across Schneider Electric to create an end-to-end solution combining our consultative expertise on #decarbonization and #ScienceBasedTargets, with the development of on-demand educational content (free and paywalled), hosted within a dedicated supplier hub with supplier carbon footprint and roadmap building tools, plus a solutions marketplace to enable suppliers to access solutions to drive their #carbonreduction transition.
