Product specialist for Autonomy etalk suite of products (Call recording, Performance management, Speech analytics & Customer satisfaction survey)- Provided presales support to Account team via customer presentations & demonstrations, proposals & quotations- Owned tender response process (both commercial & technical perspectives)- Acted as the interface between sales & project managers ensuring delivery of what was sold- Provided post-sales support with particular view to cultivating relationship and expanding number of products within existing accounts through cross selling

Designed, and implemented Quality and Performance management programs with blue-chip call-centre clients. This involved working with a wide spectrum of stake holders and personnel within the client’s organisation to define exactly what the quality management programme should look like. As well as ensuring the delivery of an application that was “fit for purpose” this role also included the design and delivery of training and knowledge transfers to meet the clients needs.
