MyTutor is an online tutoring marketplace. I was accountable for delivery by a 12k-strong Supply base delivering 90k monthly lessons. I work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, delivery, marketing, data, CX, learning design and sales.

Seneca is a freemium learning platform that has scaled from 400k to 9 million users with up to 250,000 DAUs. Seneca has now been acquired by GoStudent. My first role at the company involved owning the creation of educational content at the core of the company's product. - Managed and trained 40 trainee and newly qualified teachers across 14 schools participating in Teach First’s Leadership Development Programme. - Achieved the highest retention (100%) and teacher grading (83% Outstanding QTS) statistics in my region’s history.- Held regional responsibility for data management, analysis and presentation for internal and external stakeholders.

- Taught Secondary Maths in a school serving a community with high levels of deprivation.- Additional responsibilities for Gifted and Talented students ensuring outstanding provision for G&T students across the whole school. - Mentored a Teach First Trainee teacher.- One of my pupils achieved the school’s first ever A* grade in Maths.
