Program Manager – UAS Task Force’s Interoperability-Integrated Product Team 9/2011 - 1/2015• Manage, supervise and provide technical direction 28 sub-contractors for the OUSD/AT&L UAS Task Force’s Interoperabilty-Integrated Product Team Contract. Program Manager for Prime Contract with a total value of $80.1 Million. Responsible for overall management and of the UAS I-IPT program. Prepares department specific reports as required by government customer and COLSA management. Serves as liaison between department and other departments as well as with outside customers, regulatory personnel, etc.Supported Business Development Department managing a pipeline and conducting capture activities and proposal development.

• Manage, supervise and provide technical direction for 16 contractor and 20 sub-contractors for the Aviation Systems Integration Facility. Program Manager for 3 Prime Contracts with a total value of $23.1 Million. Responsible for overall management and success of the ASIF program Also responsible for the management of a highly technical engineering and programmatic staff. Manages total program cost, performance, and schedule. Responsible for state-of-the-art aviation component integration capability previously unavailable at any U.S Government owned facility to include developing Program Plans and Objectives. Prepares department specific reports as required by government customer and COLSA management. Serves as liaison between department and other departments as well as with outside customers, regulatory personnel, etc. Responsbile for procurement, quality control and logistics.

•Manage, supervise and provide technical direction for 17 contractor and 4 consultants for the THAAD Performance Analysis Project.•Led the Independent Software Test effort for the THAAD Evaluation Center (TEC) for three successful THAAD Flight Tests.•Assembles and reports weekly activity and progress reports to the customer.•Supports government management with schedule assessments and technical management issues.•Interfaces with the Prime Contractor concerning funding issues.

•Lead position for the Launcher Component portion of the THAAD Software Independent Verification and Validation (SIV&V) program. •Responsible for the preparation of test cases, procedures, and associated test plans and reports. •Leads the implementation of a comprehensive test execution, analysis and reporting effort for the SIV&V Launcher Component using HWIL environment. •Briefs status of testing and test results to the THAAD Program office weekly

Branch Head, Integrated Applications Division•Manage and supervise efforts of Test and Integration Branch comprised of 18 government, military and contractor software test engineers. Responsible for creating and executing Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), development of software test plans for new applications and software change requests for 12 client/server and web applications. Reduced number of customer initiated Test Incident Reports and Production Trouble Reports by 32%.•Designed, developed and implemented Test Plan Application for use in Test and Integration Branch. The application increased productivity of Software Test Engineers by creating 75 reusable test plans and reduced costs of testing software by $12,000 per year.•TSO Project Officer for the Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System (DIMHRS), Represented the Marine Corps and DFAS for the Department of Defense’s Comprehensive Analysis Team for DIMHRS, a $500 million Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Team Leader for comprehensive analysis, responsible for joint analysis, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and developing business requirements.•Member of DFAS Targeted Analysis Team, analyzed PeopleSoft’s HR and financial software to determine a fit/gap for Department of Defense military pay.
