Responsibilities and achievements• Responsible for the successful delivery of new and incumbent training for all employees across three contact centers and the retail branch network in the west. Programs include new hire onboarding, migration, change and managerial development courses. Revised course offerings to ensure programs are delivered with the most effective modality at the lowest cost with the greatest impact.• Transform teams from reactive professionals to valued business partner by leveraging performance data to proactively identify training solutions.• Identify expense saves - currently 10-15% year over year.• Collaborate with business partners to identify issues and create targeted learning interventions that close business gaps.
