Hired to identify and contact commercial property clients and owners of investment properties in order to gain listing opportunities. Work with clients to identify and procure replacement properties through 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Perform extensive prospecting, market analysis, value evaluation and presentations of findings including property analysis, property cash flow and return on equity. Implement individual property marketing strategies and negotiate all contracts.

Opened first Northern California location for this Nationwide Franchisor of Sports Performance Training Centers. Sold company in January 2005.

Led all startup activities and daily operations including finance, sales, marketing, strategic growth planning, human resources and operations. Held full P&L responsibility including management operating and captial budgets. Developed and managed startegic vendor partnerships and oversaw business model developement/change functions. Grew business to over $53M in sales. Sold company in 2002.
