He is also founder/principal of Richard Paul Consulting, providing independent consulting services to private equity firms & market research organizations and regional small businesses. Services focus on market intelligence, diligence analysis, business/product development, business planning/strategy & growth road mapping.Earlier, as Global VP, Product Management and Marketing, Aerospace Defense and Marine group at TE Connectivity, Rich had full P&L responsibility for $1.2B in global revenue of a unit that delivered harsh connectivity and sensor solutions to commercial air, military & oil and gas markets. He directed development/execution of tailored 5-year growth roadmaps for each topline BU/sub-set product line & execution resulted in significant new product launches and integrated system-level solutions.
