My approach blends cutting-edge sports science (think Sports Physiology, Biomechanics, and Psychology) with a deep understanding of the human spirit, honed through a lifetime of self-exploration, as well as formal training in Life Coaching, Neuroscience, and more.I’ve worked with hundreds of professionals—and a few world-class athletes, like a Rugby World Cup Winner and a multiple Olympic Gold Medallist—helping them overcome their unique mix of challenges to achieve their best.I've also overcome a million of 𝘮𝘺 𝘰𝘸𝘯 challenges through my life to perform at an elite level in Cycling and Multisports.
