Relocated to Boise to re-build the branch from the ground up. Hired and trained staff, remodeled and expanded the branch. Increased inventory to match the customer base. Then Boise in. Soon we introduced our NOS to our customers and that's when things really started to click. Boise has experienced explosive growth in sales, as did our presence and construction partners in Idaho and beyond. I look forward to 2024 and beyond.

Yakima, Eugene, Medford Branches

Help grow sales, sales teams and expanded and opened new locations in Yakima, Eugene, and Medford.Trained employees, salespeople and customers for 6 years and expanded our footprint and presence. Trained and supported staff while still running big jobs in Hillsborough, Portland and Prineville. Left Eugene in capable hands so I could go to my next assignment, Boise.

Promoted to Store Manager in March. I continued to grow sales in the branch and become involved in the construction community. This is where the NOS (Never Out Service) began to take hold and replicate. I started programs with TIC, Apollo, Raytheon, McKinstry, Cupertino, Veca, SASCO, Lydig, Garco and Power City. We had NOS boxes in the field and in the shops.
