By the end of our project we were able to go live with numerous clients, something that was not possible prior to our guidance and involvement.● Created a set of margin reports for executives and managers that compared revenue and hours worked from our time-tracking system to show margin by client, percentages each employee spent on each project, and a breakdown by client of the percentage of hours spent working on each client by US employees versus less expensive off-shore resources.● Designed, installed and ran the process that allowed Tangoe to re-rate a Partner's monthly charges for Verizon Business into the custom rates they used to bill back to their client. This generated over more than $60,000 a year in new revenue and help us to retain our partner and their clients.● Prepared monthly revenue forecasts for one of our largest clients to assist Finance with their budget forecasts.● Built and delivered numerous tools in Access and Excel which reduced manual work, errors, and man-labor costs while improving efficiency. -
