Project 1: Skills and behaviors of an HR professional of 2020: Did primary and secondary research to come up with 8 big rocks that are essential for an HR professional of the future. Primary Research: Connected with 20+ Accenture leaders to understand their views and come up with the model. Secondary Research: Multiple research papers and blogs to get industry view. Results used by recruitment and learning teams to design their approach to hire and develop talent.Project 2:Accenture Strategy: Developed training modules for a US Retail giant undergoing ERP transformation from legacy system to SAP suite of systems. Collaborated with the client L&D team and came up with multiple learning offerings like interactive online training, job aids, videos, simulations, etc. Managed multiple stakeholders across geographies.Project 3:Working with the recruitment team to set up a new consulting practice. Created the recruitment and on-boarding strategy for the practice. Handle end to end candidate requirement, understand and support business requirements with a targeted approach to hire candidates, and improve candidate conversion rate. Designed the sourcing strategy for lateral hires to maintain a healthy pipeline for multiple practices. Improved employee referral ratio through targeted referral campaigns. Project 4:People Programs - Improved campus branding and engagement in campus for Accenture. Identified opportunities that can be tapped into to improve campus presence and engage meaningfully. Planned the India HR townhall for a headcount of 1400+ employees across 8 cities.

The two months summer internship involved:Developing a retention plan to address high rate of attrition among Vodafone store employees. This involved conducting 80+ BEI with store executives and the leadership to analyse every phase of the employee life cycle. Used analytics to draw various inferences and decide on the course of action. Updated the Job Description, made changes in their performance review, opportunities to become permanent employees of the company, exit process, and engagement activities. Recommendations implemented across 64 stores impacting 350+ executives.
