Agni, an India-centric TV production house, did some excellent programming focussed on Indic heritage, science and culture. My role there was to manage the research team, script and often conceptualise programmes as well.

Anchored the Historical Atlas, wrote and edited for the Heritage Guidebook. Also contributed pieces to other guidebooks and the website.

My job profile was varied thanks to the clients I dealt with. Major landmarks at Discover Design included handling all promotional collaterals and scripting a film for DRDO, the Ministry of Defence for an international defense exhibition. The assignment was a mad roller-coaster but highly fulfilling, thanks largely to the proprietor, Ahmed Wasi, who has an off-the-wall and highly developed design sensibility.

I started off as a trainee and rose to be the leading account head in a short span of three years, primarily thanks to the grounding I received from Neeta Raheja, who was then the sole proprietor and is now the senior partner in the company. A boutique PR firm, now India's leading image consultant for fashion, lifestyle, and culture, Longform has set several benchmarks in the media industry.Since we were then a small firm, I undertook a variety of tasks - from drafting press releases to client interface to event management, and even shoot coordination styling. It was a fanatastic learning experience and I could not have asked for a better boss or a better start in life.
