My role was to analyze the communication strategy adopted by the competitor Honda in Delhi region, identify the impact on sales and then suggest a suitable response strategy for “Maruti Suzuki Dzire” to combat and establish Swift Dzire in the market.

-Coordination with ad agencies for print advertising in India, Media Planning, Outdoor Advertising. Concept, planning, writing the articles, composing, designing and printing of the Corporate newsletter- Planned and coordinated community events and promotions that enhance company visibility and supports strategic departmental and company goal.- Developed and maintained relationships with industry and media contacts to foster a positive image of Presidium.- Coordination with the media for editorial coverage. -Organizing Press Conferences and press briefings. -Writing, preparation and distribution of Press Releases.- Created and implemented communications plans geared towards digital media outlets.- Take care of communication plans related to CSR initiatives and projects
