As I moved to Consultant role, I led project teams and executed critical projects for clients across US, UK and APAC regions spanning across different industries (Oil and Gas, Finance, Manufacturing and Healthcare) wherein my key focus areas included Project Management, Stakeholder Communication& Management, Risk Management, UAT Execution and User Management. With strong foundation in Consulting, I got an opportunity to setup the Business Intelligence and analytics Vertical for Cummins in India. In the past 6 years, I have worked closely with leadership teams to drive BI culture in Cummins, identified and delivered turnkey projects which enabled business process improvements, cost savings and KPI standardizations across 16 functional areas and 6 Business Units, exponentially increasing active BI users from 5 to 1200+ from 2015 to 2021.As a project manager , I drove multiple technology and business transformations projects like OBIA 11g to 12c upgrade, OBI Oracle Cloud movement, Standardized Access Management while collaborating with Vendor and Consulting partners. Played key role in AOP and Resource Planning for BI team and Vendor RFPs evaluations for critical projects. Created multiple training modules, conducted leadership workshops, and mentored new hires and peers on BI concepts delivering 5000+ hours of trainings. Led modernization of Oracle BI to Azure platform - Data Lake, Synapse, AAS and Power BI with transition of ~500 GB of Data ,100 dashboards, 1000+ reports and 1200+ BI active users.In my current role, at Nagarro ,I lead and manage product roadmap ,program management delivery and client discussions for Gen Ai and analytics based enterprise products and projects across retail,energy ,healthcare and several other industries.
