I believe therapy is about compassion, acceptance and authenticity - a way to reconnect with your mind, body and true self. My approach involves bringing a trauma informed lens to talk therapy. I help clients navigate challenges like anxiety, burnout and trauma, to name a few. I also utilise dance movement therapy and its philosophy in my practice, especially in group settings.I didn’t fall into psychology with a grand plan or a heartwarming backstory. My journey started with curiosity and transformed into a passion once I saw how deeply this work impacts people. Now, I’m here to hold space for healing, reflection, and growth- both for clients and fellow therapists.
