The founder, Richa Mohta, clinical psychologist with over 3 years of experience, working as a therapist, envisioned creating this platform, as a result of her own life experiences as well as her work as a therapist.
In life, there are many times when we do things are not aligned with our values, our aspirations, we often find ourselves caught in inner-turmoil and conflicts. When that happens, there is an inner voice that keeps telling us what we truly need to do, in order to be authentic, it prompts us to pivot.
With Self pivot, the aim is to help people accept themselves, listen to their internal voice and bring about a change which is healthy and leads to a fulfilled life. The vision is to open as many doors as possible and build a dynamic team of mental health professionals that could lead you to this path of self pivot.
