🧠 Lagunian Lab is a research collective founded by Nikesh Lagun to build and formalize Cognitive Drive Architecture (CDA), a proposed field in cognitive psychology that models Drive not as motivation or emotion, but as a structural system of internal variables. At the core is Lagunian Dynamics, a first-principles theory defining Drive through six interacting variables: Primode, CAP, Flexion, Anchory, Grain, and Slip, across the domains of Ignition, Tension, and Flux. 🎯 Aim To establish CDA as a formal scientific field, with the rigor and clarity of any established discipline.
