Supported the implementation of the Socioeconomic Status-Related Cancer Disparities (SESRCD) program. The program helped community-based organizations throughout the United States reach out to underserved populations in targeted and culturally specific ways, in an effort to reduce the disproportionate rate of cancer among these populations. Program support included pairing community-based cancer serving organizations with mentors, developing policy and advocacy guides, and reviewing mini-grant applications.

Conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis of the effects of obstetric unit closures on supply and quality of remaining OB units, evaluated the effects of racial disparities on parental trust and pediatric outcomes, transcribed and coded qualitative data using Atlas.ti software, and assisted with manuscript development.
