During my tenure on PM Flights, we received 3 of the highest awards a FedEx Aircraft Operation can receive, 3 ACE Audits. During this time I was the lead AOD manager for this location. We moved freight from LAX and ONTR ramp locations to the station locations to ensure on-time service to our customer locations. Also, during this time, I operated the second largest feeder operation in the FedEx fleet, oversaw nightly Oakland flights, and P.M. dangerous goods operations. Lead a workgroup of 30 employees.
