To lead and direct the commissioning and development of high quality, innovative and flexible learning & skills provision for the young people of Leeds, through the delivery of a consistent, responsive and cohesive approach, within the framework and funding guidance.Provide a long-term vision and strategy for service improvement and effect change across strategic partners, schools, colleges and other providers to improve learning provision across Leeds. Develop and maintain effective relationships and networks with key stakeholders and senior decision makers across Leeds including schools, FE Colleges, work-based training providers, voluntary community and faith sector, and local Council members.
