I am a technical expert in Relational Database Management and Data Warehousing and use my skills to improve functions and tools within the Operations sector of the Bank. I am largely responsible for the managment and metrics creation of the Finance Forcasting and Cost Allocations for Operations. A key role of mine is Project Management around the creation of the Financial Management Reporting Tool to model Budget, Forecast and Actual Costs/Headcount. I work with the Employee Data Management and Control Team to help maintain employee data including sickness, leavers and attrition for over 2500 employees at the business. I am also a stakeholder in the wider business when it comes to business decisions using new technical solutions.Based in the European Operations Centre in Manchester, I have a duty of managing stakeholders across the globe who are responsible for testing and implementing various stages of the projects I work on. With my experience in VBA and Microsoft Office Applications, I am the "go-to" person for macro creation and automated solutions. I am also responsible for maintaining the Operations server farm and data warehousing on SQL Server. This means that I have full access rights and authorisation for database usage and requests.
