In 1998 I started out as a third party medical collector, with a desire to learn and grow in the healthcare field. My first certification was through American Collectors Association, which lead me joining Georgia Baptist Healthcare systems in 2000 as Senior Insurance representative. That lasted until Northside Hospital purchased us in late 2001. I stayed with NSH Atlanta until late 2006 in the roll of Senior High Dollar Specialist. From late 2006 until mid 2009 I joined STA International as Asst. office Manager of a regional office, until joining WellStar Health systems as a Insurance Follow Up Specialist assigned to Cardiovascular Medicine a 47 doctor practice with 25 mid-levels. In July 2013 I was promoted and recruited to join the medical groups new Variance dept. as a Variance Analyst II which includes general supervision of level I specialists. In 2015 I moved to medical groups management SWAT speciality team, until I transferred to the Administrative Operations team of Atherton Place in late 2016. On April 26th, 2019 I was promoted to my current role of Business Coordinator for all of Atherton Place.
