• Work as a independent senior recruitment/talent acquisition consultant with client’s nationwide onsite and/or virtually in contract, corporate, consulting and agency environments to help fill position(s) and/or advise on filling position(s) for their company, additionally enhancing their overall recruitment program and services, while accomplishing goals and objectives.• Partner with client senior management to develop staffing strategy for current and future needs as well as review established accounts and recommend positive changes for their company needs while building trust and credibility.• Advise staff members and hiring managers on understanding and evaluating market trend conditions and the impact on recruitment, recommending new recruitment strategies, solutions and approaches for the current market trend.• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that enabled the client to create effective external relationships in the marketplace and address competitor strategies.• Help provide, train and set up a customer focused and effective recruitment support service to achieve the client program set goals and targets.• Work with the hiring managers to develop a strong selection process and coordinate interviews through the use of creative and innovative techniques and tools as well as provide a service-level agreement that established a clear understanding of items such as position requirements, sourcing methods, cost and task owners, etc. • Interact closely with hiring managers to understand all job requirements and to help fill job postings as well as streamline processes such as: sourcing, screening and interviewing applicants in line with requirements and ensuring that the reference checking process was completed.
