I directed the cross-capability function creative team which was established to originate, orchestrate, and deliver innovation opportunities with clients and leveraged deep expertise in designing experiences at the intersection of physical + digital + brand as Spatial / Metaverse Experience Design UKI lead.

In this role, as part of the Design Capability leadership I managed strategy, recruitment, creative output and growth of a London-based cross-skills strategy and design experience team of 122 employees. Appointed Accenture Song UK Workplace Experience Lead for 1000 employees from over five separate agency acquisitions resided on campus in three key offices in London.

I founded and led the Spatial Experience Design capability following a move into Accenture Song and joined their Fjord Design Capability MD Leadership team consisting of 25 interior architects, retail and brand strategists, brand identity specialists, graphic designers, XR artists and motion graphic specialists.
