Pick components for gas and oil components within a specialist manufacturing company. Being in charge of my own department. When i started the company had a back order of work of 9 months. Within 3 months of being there my team and I smashed the back log putting them 6 months infront of target and managed to improve the whole picking/stock control process using past experience at BMW.

Started as temp working for an agency then 12 weeks later was given a full time contract. I was then trained in various different areas within the warehouse. Also being trained on various trucks and also chassis stamping which was a very specialist area as any mistake could result in ££££'s being lost. I was made redundant as the company moved to Northampton.
