- Conduct Event Pre-Shift with operation directer and communicate event specifics at Team Member Pre-Shift of all events (Conference, new product launch, consumer event, music festival sponsorship, etc.).- Produce weekly banquet summary for all events – includes number of team members and their time to be scheduled.- Quarterback the execution of self/co-promoted events as assigned; work with various partners and clients (Giorgio Armani Beauty, YSL Beauty, Glenfiddich, The Naked Grouse, KOSÉ, La Roche Posay, etc)- Train all staff with regards to the proper techniques and etiquette for service.
