Responsible for the management of the Training Support Services - Aviation (TSS-AVN) contract supporting the Saudi Arabia Ministry of National Guard (MNG) with a combined annual revenue in excess of $11 million. Provides management, leadership and administrative support for 48 personnel ensuring that the requirements of the Performance Based Work Statements are accomplished. Prepares, implements, and maintains a cost, technical and risk management process which includes risk detection and identification, corrective action, tracking of compliance, reporting of status and planning of risk abatement. These efforts include aircraft maintenance, program of instruction development, flight and simulator training, and academic training to MNG pilots and non-rated crewmembers on the MD530F, UH-60M, and AH-64E aircraft.
