Now called Arise Virtual Solutions, Willow CSN was founded in Canada in 1989 to provide home-based job opportunities for people with disabilities. In 1996, we were invited to Miami by the State of Florida. Our virtual network enabled agents to service clients from their own home, acting as the middleman, connecting home-based agents with client’s call centers.
