Worked as a developer on an agile team of 7 engineers. Contributed as a full stack developer using Angular, Java (Spring) and SQLServer. Responsible for working mainly on MasterControl's Manufacturing Excellence product (an electronic batch record system).

I am responsible for fielding in bound calls from customers and assisting in any possible way to provide superior service. This includes quoting benefits for various types of medical services as well as interpreting claims. I work with members, providers, brokers, internal employees as well as other insurance companies on the phone.

I was responsible for the prompt delivery of auto parts orders to customers in the northern region of Utah. This included other dealerships as well as private repair shops. I am proficient at driving a standard pick up truck through all types of weather and at all speeds. I drove more than 400 miles per day.

I was responsible for aiding in any way that was needed by the full time teachers at Granite Peaks adult education program. I tutored adult students who were working on receiving their high school diploma. I also graded homework, exams, projects and papers. I was in charge of keeping track of attendance as well.
