Leadership Role within store managing a team of people to deliver KPI targets.Main Responsibilities:-Managing training and development of a team of 35 colleagues within store making sure all legally compliant training is complete as well as all product and supplier training.-Completing rostering and workforce management in store making sure we are fully compliant and leading the way across the region for lateness and LTO- Recruitment of new colleagues into the store environment and ensuring their progression through the probationary period.-Inducting new colleagues at a store and regional level generating a delivering training plans and material to new people into our business

-Generation and development of business to business relationships within the information technology sector.-Management of targets based around sales and customer service objectives.-KPI managment within a team of people in line with department growth and current performance trends.-Managing a team of people using interpersonal skills in order to complete set objectives and manage expectations of both customers and colleagues.

My main responsibilities within this role were to manage both the delivering of market leading of customer service along with the best performance in regards to profitability for the company.Managing stock levels and delivery time scales for customers making sure we had the right stock in the right place at the right time to maximise footfall, turnover and profitability.Implementing and delivering company devised marketing information and promotional campaigns in conjunction with large scale media advertising.
